It looks like too much dodging on her thighs.  A messy look.

For me, the appeal of this image is the old fashion look that it has, especially when the BW tones are uneven in some areas across the lower body of the woman. There is a "shadow" like change on her left side as well.

Upon closer examination, it may be the case that the attire is also effecting the light , too.

Then again, processing can do variations like this .

Thanks Mike,I was criticised once before that her legs appeared missing so I lightened.As for other lighting it could be the stage lighting casting shadows.  Thanks for your report.      Regards  John.
