I like it.  Appealing center of interest nicely balanced with the thing on the pedestal in the background.  The only improvement I would suggest is to get rid of the yellow ball just left of her back and clone trees and shrubs to remove the parking lot.

A beautiful subject full of grace, but imho the busy background diminishes the aesthetics of the composition. A more neutral BG is strongly recommended for this kind of works, where the observer can appreciate the stylized profile of the dancer without distracting objects even. Anyway, if you have a contact with this model for sure you can try different options and styles.
