I think it is a beautiful photo, and the red rock rising out of the stream to a certain extent mirrors the orange rising out from between the clouds. If I had a critique it would be that there seem to be two areas to focus on in the photo, the stream in the front and the orange mountain in the back. My eye kept on jumping back and forth, not really being able to decide what to focus of the photo actually is. A possible solution might be to crop some of the water in the foreground so that the photo actually starts with the red rock?

A very nice photograph.

Good detail and composition.

This image would work very well as a black and white conversion too. The focus of attention that Otto describes may be overcome as well without the need to crop.

Well done!

I do not agree with the comments above, and I do like what you did. I believe you did a great job, and went to great lengths to get the red rock (a treasure of a find) and the orange mountain in the back in the same frame. You could have very well taken just the river and the mountain as suggested above, but then you would not have a great moment like you do now. In a color photo like yours,  it is precisely what you look for: color! Your original "impulse" or instinct of a photographer was the correct one. Sure, in hindsight you can say sooooo many things.... Leave it as it is. It is a beautiful photograph. Congratulations.
