Hi. When you invoke the name Ansel Adams and associate it in any way, anti-Ansel or not, with your work, or anybody's for that matter, you start out playing catch up.

I like your image. There are two things that jump out at me that, if it were mine, I'd consider changing. The first is the sky. I'd tone down the red/pink effect that surrounds the top to a point more in line with the subtleness you have above the distant peak. For me at least, it is an extremely overbearing ingredient in this image.

The second change I'd consider applies to your inner border. The first few seconds I look at the photo I am distracted by an "arch" in the top left corner. I had to search to find it actually is in the other three but get's lost in the background / color/ etc. As a result, what was intended to be a symetrical frame, isn't, and I find that out of place. You have alot of other great things happening in this picture that are being shortchanged by overproduction. Hope any of that helps. Thanks for posting.

I don't want to be misunderstood, whan I say nice painted picture! It means that I lake the postprocess applayed to your picture and the final painting effect!
