I can not offer you much input because there is no description or Details available to work from.

Thew moon appears to be out of focus, and the red line beneath it is a sign of the de-focus that can resulkt in color fringe error. However, there are many other reasons that the "color-error " can exist, but again I have nothing to work with here. There is a smudge across the moon which might be from the lens itself, or a passing cloud (?)

As for the building, the too, appear to be out of focus The structures lack the sharpness that I would expect from a lens capable of showing the moon as large as it is. This could be due focusing, lens design or a small vibration during th exposure.

Finally, this could have been a two image combined image. Again, no description.....................
