southernman 0 Posted June 4, 2003 Nice shot. Good sepia toning also. Makes me want some mudbugs though. Link to comment
andr__kempe 0 Posted June 4, 2003 Hi. I like the colours, too. What do you think about a slight change of the camera's position? I'd try to get the tree at the right out of the image and try to get more of the sky/clouds behind it. Yet another qeustion. Why is the area in front of the camera so dark? I ask 'cause it cuts off the reflection of the tree. Link to comment
doug james dailey 0 Posted June 4, 2003 I like the Sepia-Tone, but wonder what it would look like in color. Nice Work! Link to comment
hique 0 Posted June 5, 2003 Terrific. Dream-like picture. Actually, the sepia tone what makes it look old, also give me creepy sensations, something like the film "The Ring". Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted July 11, 2003 I wonder, did you deliberately place the tree in the dead center, and the horizon along the midline? I think this is a wonderful shot - with the tones in the sky, and the reflection in the water - I wish the photo were larger, and the grain less noticeable.. =) Link to comment
jmcconnell2 0 Posted August 22, 2003 Great tonal range, I think this would have been a very dynamic image if the composition was not so stiff. Link to comment
jbachie 0 Posted September 3, 2003 This photo was taken while sitting in a metal boat (therefore, no tripod) and waiting for the ripples to die down so the reflection was almost perfect. I'd love to know your comments. Link to comment
