harrwickstrand 0 Posted June 2, 2003 Is the background ok, or should I use just simple brown background? Link to comment
jay belton 0 Posted June 2, 2003 I think the background is just right. A simple brown background to me would be too much and distract from the kitty's magnificent coat. Lt. Grey or black could work as well but I rather like the juxtaposition of the multiple colored background to that of the cat. Link to comment
bruce_jones3 0 Posted June 2, 2003 I have seen very few animal photos on here worthy of comment. This is an outstanding example of a professionally done animal portrait. I'd hate to make any negative comment considering how difficult it is to get the animal's cooperation. If I had one thing to change I'd use a lighter background so the animal stood out a little clearer and the rear legs should both be seen. Otherwise this is wonderfully done. Thanks for sharing! test4echo 0 Posted June 2, 2003 I know how difficult cat shots are. This is one of the best I've seen in a long time. This background works well but I agree with Bruce about lightening it up and try to get all the legs next time. Othe than that I Love this picture. Link to comment
