A Small Boat Across the Marine Base

Blago, I'm somewhat upset after my last comment, for it appears that you have removed your B&W waterfall image...

However, I must say that I am very pleased with this latest upload. It is exquisite! The light in the center of this image, just behind the boat, really captures my attention...

Just a little worried about the background, are those naval targets? Lucky you didn't get arrested for photographing military hardware...?

Light, color, composition -- everything!

Wonderful colours. At first I was concerned about the composition - it's almost like two photos - and I wondered if I wouldn't have preferred something that pulled the top and bottom together -- perhaps if the boat had had a mast. I think the diagonal in the clouds and its reflection in the water come closest to pulling the two together and after some reflection, I decided that it was fine as is.
