wenger 0 Posted June 2, 2003 Simply a very photogenic old potatoe. Very nice job with excellent lighting and composition. Definitely has an out of this world feel. Link to comment
buck_gremel 0 Posted June 2, 2003 That's pretty awsome. I don't think I'll ever look at a potato the same way again. Link to comment

blago 0 Posted June 5, 2003 Really an outstanding photo, and very indicative for your style - finding beauty in decaying flowers, strange-looking animals, graveyards, rags. Throwing light on the dark side of life where most of us just don't dare to enter. A new beauty growing up on a decaying one. Inspiring work Heinz-Peter! Blago Link to comment
seven 0 Posted June 5, 2003 2 months ago I set some spuds aside for just such a shot (different variety) but I'm a little disappointed with the green tubers that have sprouted from the eyes thus far. Now I see this! - after the idea, finding the right subject and then lighting become the chief objectives : and you've handled it well on all fronts. Congratulations. Link to comment
dave_greiner 0 Posted July 11, 2003 I like this picture, very odd looking with nice colors. I'd get rid of the text though. With the matte it makes it look like one of those cheesy motivational posters hanging in office buildings everywhere. Link to comment

hashim a 0 Posted January 9, 2004 Very *fantasy* like, like a colorful mini dragon emerging from a shell. Very nicely done. Link to comment
