Very nice. I like what you've done with the lighting. It suits your subject nicely.

It has "studio portrait" written all over it.

Excellent but too much light on nails, left hand and nose-tip.

Great portrait. My preference would be to tone down the highlight on the tip of his nose a little. I find it a bit distracting. An excellent effort.

I second most of the comments above. Terrific lighting, but I find the right hand especially distracting. Even if you could cheat in photoshop to get rid of the fingers. I think that the left hand is subtle enough.

I like the lighting on this one.

This is a rather stagey portrait which tells us very little about the character of the sitter.He looks as if he has been directed, and there's a lack of spontaneity in the expression. You might have been more succesful if you had set him in his natural environment.Otherwise the shot is tecgnically comptent.
