I like the B&W.

I like the contrast of the circles vs the squares.

I like the high contrast.

What I would change:

I would crop it and turn it so that it is centered and that the top lines are horizontal.

I would decrease the exposure of the windows as they seem a little overexposed.

Its just a personal impression. I think there are great elements and you have managed to work the image work very well.
