I like it. it's simple, and it works. Would like to se more palm trees on top of the frame.

This is so nicely framed.  If I were to change anything, I'd think about trying to eliminate the streetlight on the right edge of the frame, and I'd probably try to include a bit more foreground so that the shoreline extends across the entire frame (the shoreline really helps in providing perspective, and I usually like to see where a tree meets the ground rather than seeing a tree trunk that begins some distance up from the ground).  Your exposure is great -- the building is clearly seen, but so is the effect of the lights.
