Hi Andy, overall I like it, especially the soft high key. I would try not to oversaturate the blues that much - especially the earrings. You could have left just the eyes so blue. The earring, toghether with the brown clothes distract from the main subjest, wich I guess - is the eyes. So what I would do is unsaturate the earrings and the clothes, and sharpen the eyes a bit more.
