Ice Fog

On particularly very cold days with high humidity water vapor will crystallize

forming ice fog, also known as Pogonip.

Setting up my 4x5 on this morning turned out to be quite a challenge.

Fiddling with small knobs with large mitts on is very awkward.

I love the grainy snow at the bottom as too the blue cast on all of this.  Some little problem with the highlights.  Very well work at the conditions you had.  IMO, less zoomed should be more awesome.  5/7.

With respect to the environmental condition of this place, you have done a remarkable job with the exposure setup and also with the effective DOF as the sharpness of this image image is so fine, I also like the contrast and and hoe you dealt with the snow which been brought out in a superb manner and Not been washed away, details and textures wise.

I really like this landscape. it looks like taken from fairy tale. Although it's a bit too much of light. Looking at your work I feel calm and free.
