Gail, excuse me for being late to the visual feast. I am behind Rashed, Randall and all your admirers in appreciating your superb creative works.

The way the petals fold over gives the impression of a brightly dressed old woman with hands on her torso watching the world go by.

Gail this is an enchanting summer daydream and a pleasure to look at. The colours, composition and harmony make this glow with happiness. I like the title, very fitting.

Best wishes,

Linda

The series continues in most successful manner! Love the colors and the painterly look! It would be fantastic on canvas I think! The kind of framing is also very nice, simple and impressive!

Best regards Gail!

I am so sorry for being so tardy in my response to your very encouraging remarks. I truly appreciate the time taken, the support, and each of your thoughts on this composition.

We went on a short vacation to Myrtle Beach the first two weeks of November and I have not been online much. And now it's almost Christmas ! I truly don't know where the times goes!!

Thanks again, Gail

I love the layering, the textures, and the sensuous tonality.  The drop-shadow framing is perfect for this photograph.  What a beautiful way to preserve memories of summer - for those people who actually experience four distinct seasons.

My best,

michael

Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment on my Thanksgiving flowers!

We have a love of flowers in common.

You have a naturally creative mind and I enjoy the end result of each of your photographs.

It's been a while I'm very sporadic and scarce in PN,something that will not change for a while yet.Consider me though as one of your flowers fans, especially attracted by the artsy way their delicate and ephemerous beauty is projected in a steady, high level stream in your gallery. Take care,Gail, best regards and thoughts. Chris
