...but I am not sure that I am not distracted by the blurred effect on the water. 

Love the colors and tones especially the way the glowing sun makes itself known from behind the rock. The reflection on the sand is also an excellent compositional element but it would be the water that would keep me from buying and hanging this one.

But of course that is a matter of personal preference and also what do I know.

Still a very high quality image with great color.
