Beautiful pic, Wanghan! The fog and alpen glow are nicely captured here. Unfortunately, the growth of the trees has obscured the graceful curve of the Snake river.

Outstanding landscape and remarkably been exposed, the DOF here is very effective as the details obtained all over this amazing place are so fine and so the colors are so vivid and of pleasing nature which is of great credit to the well thought off composition.

A colorful scene indeed. Not sharp though.

Either the lens was not focused (not often this happens) or the f-stop was too small to develop any definition in the scene.

Using F/11 on a 35mm lens does reduce the definition. There is no DOF requirement because of the long distance involved.

Using your equipment, I would have shot this at F/2.8 or F/4.

Then posting it at 1600X1200 would show the details that the lens was capable of yielding for such a shot.
