My experience with the same camera tells me that at ISO 1600 this would have been also a nice night shot, perfectly exposed!

Thanks Pierre for your comment. I will try another version at ISO 1600 to see the results. In the present picture, the blue light is a boat over the canal with a blue neon light circling the top and the side. with 100 ISO, I was able to leave the shutter open for 39 seconds allowing time for the boat to travel the whole space in front of me.
