Fantastic photo! What really makes this photo stand out is the editing which combines the beautiful wealth of detail in the wave in the foreground with the blurred effect of longer exposure times in the background. The contrast of the two is simply fantastic!

beautiful colors! I find it just drops to the first plan too pronounced (accentuation), and motion blur (directionnel 0°) visible. (post traitement may be more light ?)

but the result is great!
