john_petrella 0 Posted April 17, 2001 Great visual appeal. My focus is drawn toward to the moon which is a great eye grabber!! Good Job!! Link to comment
kkwan 0 Posted April 19, 2001 Very nice shot! I really like the mood of this scene and contrast! The only thing is that the rock didn't seem to match to rest of the scene because of how bright it is and it's warm colour. Perhaps if it was a little cooler it would fit better. But then again, you would lose that nice contrast. Either way, good idea nicely executed! Link to comment
j_m4 0 Posted June 19, 2001 Wow! Nice shot. I really like shots with the moon enlarged, and all other elements in your scene are equally striking. 8/8 Link to comment
john_hoang 0 Posted July 2, 2001 Forgive me, but how can the moon be on the same side with the shadow on the rock. Link to comment
acer iddibhai on aim 0 Posted July 2, 2001 at first i thought it was a dbl exp till chris corrected me. nicely done. i still dont understand this: how is it that you managed to capture a waning gibbous moon--only visible starting a few hours after sunset--in an otherwise daytime-to-sunset looking shot? steve_stiegel 0 Posted July 3, 2001 I can't believe how low the ratings for this picture are! Though it may be heresy in this parts, I think it's a better image than...gasp!..Moonrise, Hernandez, New Mexico. It's that good...great location, great technique. 10/10 Link to comment
steven_worthy 0 Posted July 3, 2001 Don't let people knock you over your work here. its a great image. Not all people want to use fancy tricks to get that perfect shot. Link to comment
