The dusk effect is amazing here and your exposure has dealt with this time of the day remarkably, all of the city scape lightings and its reflections in the water makes this image and well enhancing its composition.

It is a well composed photo of Luzern with the Pilatus mountain in the background. A closer look at the photo shows some potential for improvement: The sky is quite grainy. Probably this comes from high ISO settings. Using a tripod and lower ISO would result in smoother colors. You have quite some dust on the sensor and it is worth to clean it or get it cleaned. Otherwise you should clean the dirt spots on the photo. The moon looks quite strange and I do not know where it comes from. I hope this is helpful. Karl

This is a very nice night image. I would have liked to see a different image of the bridge alone.

As for Karl's comments about digital noise and a tripod, I do agree, but I think it's hard to achieve all of that in a travel picture.
