New Navajo Falls

Went for a little swim in Havasu Canyon to get this one.  I believe it's called New Navajo Falls but am not certain of it.  I wish I would of had enough time between hiking and enjoying the place with friends to just take a few more shots of the place!  Next time!

of spent more time shooting pictures at all the different waterfalls in

different kinds of lights. I was a little busy having fun with Christina

and a few other friends on the 16 mile day trip down to the river.

A beautiful scene well shot.

The water motion is just enough to emphasize the flow.

While I like to use the 35mm at F/5.6 for better definition, I understand the use of F/16 to allow for a 1/2 second exposure.

You might like to try a shot like this using a wider aperture and a ND filter to use the same exposure period.
