Why do you keep deleting your photos after receiving comments and advice about them and then reposting them?  Without having the prior versions to look at, as far as I can see, this one is identical.  This is now at least the third version of this photo you've posted.

And your composite work (particularly the extraction in the hair and at the top) is really very sloppy.
