Yes, Russia is wonderful.  What a pleasant lady.  I am sure she makes great piroshkii.  Seriously, a moment well captured.  The tilt works well here.

I really like the tilt here - it works. Also I think adding a person with such a great smile in the foreground is perfect too - it makes what your shot would have been, much, much more interesting. Having her in sharp focus with everything else slightly out works too.....also the tree on the left softens the picture - nice!
