jimmcnitt 0 Posted May 29, 2003 P-I-P-E-L-I-N-E. The refraction of the bottom in the upswelling wave is especially awesome. Resetting the black-point a couple of clicks lower wouldn't hurt. Is the camera tilted about 45 degrees? There seems to be a ghostly image of the horizon slicing across the upper right-hand corner. Even without a surfer, this is a very cool image. Link to comment
rita_borg 0 Posted May 29, 2003 now this is one place i wouldn't want to be in! lol....glad we have you on here to capture such great images to show us all scared of BIG WAVES, hehe....NICE SHOT! Link to comment
sanjeewa_wickramarachi 0 Posted May 29, 2003 Great shot. But not at all crazy about the frame. I think it could do without the wording, the Blue fringes around the frame and the drop shadow. They take away from the photograph. You can widen the black area i think to frame the photograph even deeper. Link to comment
matt_kime 0 Posted May 30, 2003 well shot, but i think we've all seen it before. and do we need the frame and shadow? its a computer screen, not a wall... Link to comment
bart_van_herk 0 Posted May 30, 2003 Good picture. Too much of a restaurant wall poster with the frame and text. Link to comment
david saunders 0 Posted May 30, 2003 Keep shooting these if you can. This is a great idea and a good shot. I don't think you really need border and wording (but that is my preference). I prefer to let the photos speak for themselves. Link to comment
nabil_ezz 0 Posted June 12, 2003 It is fantastic, you have a great eye and a fast hand! I think the frame is OK. This will be top decoration for any wall be it of a restaurant or a living room! Link to comment
