Andre, you have two attractive subjects - what a challenge.  I love the look of enthusiasm on the girl's face.  The cat, of course, is indifferent - cats are like that.

If I may suggest some changes:  your shadows are a bit dark and the cat's fur is losing texture into blackness.  The lines under the girl's eyes could use make up or retouching on the image.  The eyes themselves, of the girl, are rather dark and could some light to brighten them.

Perhaps the greatest change I would suggest would be to light so as to get highlights not only in the cat's eyes but also in the girls. 

As far as the cat's indifference - rubbing a touch of sardine oil or tuna fish juice on the girl's cheek or arm would get the cat to be totally interested in her.
