Pierre, I am surprised that you can discuss and praise the shades of  black and white contrasts when the model is obviously in great discomfort. The model was not in any discomfort.  She actually chose the pose.

I like the lighting and the execution. The composition is interesting. I can't say I'm a big fan of gynecology shots, but as Pierre said, it's a matter of personal taste.
