A Summer Memory

A very good interpretation of the image; this summer memory burned brightly with all the warmth of the sun and the glorious colors that make up the kalidescope of summer.  But as I count down those warm days, and know it was a fleeting moment, just as you say, the day will come when the memory will be very dim in my 'mind's eye'. For now, I will enjoy what warmth it still brings me, and will accept the time when it no longer fills my heart with the warmth it once did. You have a keen eye Donna and such a way with words.

What a pleasant critique, and you do have a point, I do enjoy working on my images. It is my one 'respite' from my 'busy mind'.  And I seem to enjoy accomplishing something that is pleasing to the eye. I know I have a long way to go, but it is in the 'learning' where I gain a sense of accomplishment. I'm glad you enjoyed this image. It is always great to hear from you.
