Guest Guest Posted September 11, 2011 Beautiful place and so well exposed lighting wise, the details are superb here and so the colors are of very original nature while the water flow adding a great interest to well thought off composition.Thank you for sharing it and wishing you all of the best. stp 6 Posted September 12, 2011 Nice composition, especially regarding the nearly vertical cliff that runs the entire right side. Great detail of an incredibly rugged landscape. Link to comment
jeff.grant 0 Posted September 12, 2011 Thanks for the feedback, folks. I was looking for a composition without sky and included the RH cliff to add a little drama to what is a full frontal shot. Link to comment
LenMarriott 9 Posted September 13, 2011 Good idea to eliminate the sky area. I think it's likely much more effective (less distracting) without it. Great soft indirect lighting for this one. No lack of detail due to heavy shadow areas. In spite of the soft lighting you've maintained a good degree of contrast here. (snap) Combination of great sensor, superior lens, and perhaps a tad of post exposure manipulation? Whatever, a nice treasure to return with. Always interesting to see your latest. Best, LM.
