If you rebalance the light (shadow/highlight command in Photoshop CS) this would be a great shot. The light area draws my eyes too much as opposed to the element that is in focus. I know I will get shot but I am assigning a 4.

I appreciate your honest assessment. Also I'm fairly certain they've curtailed the executions for mid-to-low ratings, particularly when they're justified with sound reasoning.
