richard blount 0 Posted May 24, 2003 Welcome back Jim, this is amazing, it is good to see images like this being accepted, it will push the frontiers of photography and art further. I feel this has a powerful vortex effect, it is very detailed (must have taken hours), well done. - Richard. Link to comment

rita_borg 0 Posted May 25, 2003 if this isn't original, then what is??!! Jim, your imagination is unbeleivable, and your creativeness is even beyond that! Link to comment
david_montroy 0 Posted May 25, 2003 When I saw the thumbnail of this photo I had the impression of "something" nice (but I don't knew what kind of a thing it was). When opened the photo, better in large format, I can understand at the end: it is a masterpiece of photographic and digital art. In Spain we call this "Obra Maestra", y "Filigrana" (a very intricate and delicate work). Link to comment
americo_vespucci 0 Posted May 25, 2003 Originality and good balance between photography and imagination. It reminds me of a strange dream I had some time ago... did you pick it from the "universal thoughts-cloud" mentioned by Carl Jung, Jim? ;-)) Link to comment

Guest Guest Posted May 25, 2003 Jim, another exceptional image. Your vision seems to encompass so many wild and unique things, and its wonderfully eclectic. Again, I have no idea whether you have been influenced by this but I see some of the avant-garde influences of Weimar German film in here. Weird, huh? For whatever reason, I see this and have the feeling I got the first time I saw Metropolis by Fritz Lang, even the feeling I had after seeing the Cabinet of Dr. Caligari and Nosferatu. Its weird and wonderful and I mean that in the most complimentary of senses. Great work. Link to comment
