Hi Deanna,

Well done !!!

A wonderful open field shot capturing the little bee from the lower right side of the image.

I do not know if you planned this or it was by chance, as it makes no difference, but the bee does add a little extra interest to the scene.

I have often shot outdoor images, only to be pleasantly surprised by "visitors" that enter into my imaging area. A few times, I plan for it by patiently observing the habits of these flying insects, but other times it is simply good fortune.

Best Regards,  Mike

Well Mike, the fact is - I was following the bee but it was the one mostly hidden in the center of the flower. The little visitor surprised me. Sometimes the good stuff just happens. I'm glad you like this one. Take care, Deanna

I find this a little too busy and hard to find your main subject.  The criss-crossing stems and numerous buds are distracting.  My eyes don't know where to focus.  I still can't find the second bee in the flower.

Actually this is meant to be a scene or as Mike called it an open field shot. The things that you don't like are the things I find interesting, for example, the angles and growth patterns of the stems and the flower petal that seems to reach out. There is a larger bee (mostly hidden) that can be seen if you follow the stem on the left of the main flower that doesn't add to the shot but it is there and needing a title I included it. Sometimes it is risky to post a unique shot but trying to duplicate someone elses style doesn't appeal to me. Thank you for commenting because it caused me to examine this one closer and I like it more.

Some will like it and some won't and that is the way it should be. Take care, Deanna
