richard blount 0 Posted May 23, 2003 I can almost taste the cherry. Well done, perfect 7/7. Link to comment
don_harper_the_edge 0 Posted May 24, 2003 I love the tight shot, colors and theme. Is the "natural light" technical detail correct? Nice portfolio and this is quite polished almost commercial in appearance compared to your other shared photos. I like the variety. jay_dixon 0 Posted May 24, 2003 The image was taken under a partially fallen cement bridge where the light had a variety of interesting properties. I was able to get widely varying images within just a few feet from each other. I cheated here and used a black cloth to create a non-distracting background. J. Link to comment
ken_thalheimer 3,739 Posted May 25, 2003 Very sensual. I like the choice of the 2 different lipsticks. Lighting and exposure are good. I realize the main subject is the cherry but I wish the DOF didn't fall off so much on the bottom model's chin area Link to comment
craig_allyn_rose 0 Posted May 25, 2003 Jay, I like it a whole lot. But the more I look at it the more I want the cherry out of there and the lips to be closer. I know that's making a massive change in the composition of this image, but for some reason the cherry detracts from the painted lips of your models for me - I love the two colors of lipstick - AWESOME idea. Overall this is a really fine image and my cimments - quibbles. The Photo Monkey // www.carosephoto.com Link to comment
craig_ouellette 0 Posted June 9, 2003 The idea's fine but the crop leaves somthing to be desired... the skin tone of the lower woman seems too pae... Link to comment
tom_menegatos 0 Posted June 12, 2003 Something's not right for me in this. I like the thought but not too sure about the composition. The biggest thng is it seems to be too soft maybe the focus was off or it needs more dof. The skin tones could be smoother and the bottom face has a nasty blue cast. Or maybe none of that... but there's something not quite right with this. Link to comment
