I think overall this is very good...you're use of the reflector to fill the shadows is very effective here...I really like this style of over the shoulder pose...very feminine and alluring.  All the elements really work well together here, pose, expression, outfit, accessories, makeup up...if I had any issue it would be that her eyes seem a bit out of focus...though this does not detract greatly from the overall appeal of this portrait.  Nicely captured.

This is a nice image. Nice looking lady.

However, the use of F/22 was a bit to much, as the lens definition was reduced from using F/22.

I would use F/11, drop the ISO to 100 or 200 and the results would be improved, especially in the "eye" region of the image.

I like the light and her expression, But I agree with Mike to push the ISO and the F stop at the same time don´t give you the best that your gear can deliver.

But its lovely shoot anyway.
