Ok so there is a bit of blur, not a major concern considering the interesting composition. I can see that it wasn't that bright a day and you're using a teleconverter on top of an F4 lens. This reduces your options to increasing the iso or leaving off the TC and cropping a smaller image. I'm amazed how good a modern DSLR is and I always hold in mind that a 3MP image was considered fantastic ten years ago.

Yes, there is hand motion, so what. It adds to the reality that she is playing .

As for the  dark shooting conditions, yes F/4 without the TC is much a better solution than using an elevated ISO.

Anyways, with the Canon 7D and a good focus with the lens that you are using, enlarging the image can easily make up for the difference in image size .
