I have a predeliction for just this type of shot, one that tilts our certainties along with the picture plane. I have no idead why this is so; perhaps because it short circuits our expectaions and warps the template. Man is the pattern making animal but I think it's just as important to constantly shatter patterns lest they make us blind to the wonders around us.
