This is a gem! funny and very original Japanese again.It is sharp,well composed and has a sense of humor with the whole steet, and especially  the bike "bag" the child  is seating in and the  wind /shield...I'm still smiling ;-))you really add some information of life aspects in Japan.I also like the "cut" of composition!.
