I like the composition ok, but I think a reflector or fill-in flash would warm your subject up a touch IMHO.

Nice photo, but I'm not sure where my eye is being drawn to. Her look brings me down into the nice highlights in her hair, but from there I see the necklace. I really like the subtle background  and lighting on the subject, if it is a bit blown out on the nose and hair. Great shot overall!
