With lighting and general conditions as bad as that I think you've done a remarkable job. I'm not sure the vignetting is absolutely needed but I guess you are the best judge.

This shot has a great deal of feeling in it, you can almost feel the cold. Like the HDR effect works really well with this shot. Congratulations for being out there and getting this shot. Best wishes William
