My instinct has always been to wait for people to move out of the way

before I take a shot however I'm wondering if this is such a good

policy in all cases. What do you think?

In most cases, I agree with the policy.  Unless you are taking a picture of a town square or so.  What I really like about this is all the color.  Where was it taken?

Thanks for your comment. This is Carisbrooke Castle on the Isle of Wight. I have to admit to boosting the saturation a bit. It was a miserably cold and gloomy day.

Ahhhhhhhhhhh...........the romantic and novel reader comes out right away when I see such an image. Such a beautiful old place'; I could explore for hours and I imagine my camera would be very busy. Such a great shot, This is one of the most fascinating Castle shots I've seen,
