  The image has a cramped feeling, accentuated by the enclosed arch that has such a severe angle. The only "negative" is I find the blurred image of the woman exiting the door distracting to the piece, otherwise the composition, colors, and mood elicit a feeling, which I believe was the desired effect.

graphically, the colors tie together beautifully: the stone, the brick, her skin tone; vivid colors, very romantic, something emotionally strong occurring; your perspective for the bg, Irina, angles and includes all within the scene to give it depth and height to create a sufficient realistic backdrop for this street story, which to me seems to be about the fg woman secretly hiding from and watching the bg woman on the steps. blur works on bg woman because she, perhaps in motion, unexpectedly surprised the fg woman, or did the almost naked woman escape from the building (?), and blurred woman is excitedly following her (?) ;-} excellent bold fg of the woman, naked except for her sheer scarf, and acting very furtively (she is the subject), making for a visually and dramatically engaging scene. mysterious and beautiful. and the crampedness of it keeps the story small and intimate, like viewer is peeking furtively in on this emotional little drama and this woman's actions. it stirs the imagination, and the graphics are skillfully manipulated. brava! glad to discover your work ;-} dp
