Very interesting photograph.  Tricky exposure executed nicely.  The sea & sky go well together.  The front rocks seem not to belong until you follow them to the back. Other-worldly to me, but I like it.

You made a good choice in making this a b&w image vs a color image. It enhances the mood and strengths the image.
