To me this image could have been a lot stronger by removing the clutter (distractionsin the foreground). a diferent perspective perhaps. some of the information in the foreground i find detracts from the strenght of the image.That said it is a well executed image.

My brother lives in Canmore just outside of Banff, he of curse has been to Jasper, but the last time I was there, I didn't have time to make it to Jasper. 'My Loss'!! This image is absolutely beautiful. Isn't it marvelouse how the water can be that color there? You've done a fine composition with beautiful light, attention to detail and the sky is a believable shade of blue.(Sometimes I notice some skys are just 'too blue' ....ruins the sky for me.

Hopefully one day I shall get back out there, and make it to Jasper. Thankyou for sharing, I can see it through your eyes, BR, Gail
