I like the subject, composition, and exposure.  The only thing I didn't like is the post processing. It looks like you did some selective blurring, which is a bit much for my taste.

This is a beautiful portrait.  Nice coloring and smooth complexion of the young girl.  I like her expression. 

However, I would eliminate the fencing to her right by cropping it.  Below the elbow looks like it was blurred excessivly in post processing.

Don't be afraid to be square. :)

I would agree with Kathy B. that the fence on the right is visually distracting and should be cropped out. And the blurring has resulted in a halo effect. But it's a beautifully posed portrait.
