Great shot, but Ive found that it's hard to sell landscapes if they are in portrait orientation. Most people that hang a landscape, want it in true horizontal landscape form. Just a tidbit of a information. Lovely shot though, great composition.

Nice image.  I like the atmosphere of serenity and tranquility of the water, and how it contrasts with the menacing clouds.  The virtual line between the two stones and the hill in the background being straight vertical in your frame emphasizes the feeling of stillness (before the storm?) in the image.  Very nicely done. Nice soft colors, a beautiful reflection, a rock that mimicks the slope of the hill in the background.. A well composed image of tranquillity.

Thank you for your comments. What I like most about this photo is the "water-color" feeling similar to paintings you can buy in local stores on Skye. And yes, it's photographed about ten minutes before the storm bringing a combination of rain and snow.
