What this image really needs is a person in the foreground to add scale.  I would crop out the pillar on the left.  That bit of structure isn't adding to the image.

Focus seems sharper in foreground than in background. I'd like to see more sharpness in the depths. It's a tough image to take with the dark areas in the foreground and the bright areas on the roofs. Though this makes for an interesting composition, I think there might be a better shot if you stood beneath the tree right against the railing. Then again, I wasn't there! GJ
