tonyfrench 0 Posted July 23, 2011 Hey Gail, I agree with one of the above comments about this being the strongest of the series. It's the most spontaneous in that he is unaware of the camera. The composition is great with all of the black allowing the important elements to come through readily: his face and arms, the bottle of sauce, the bottle of water, the meat, the stained apron and of course the smoke. The detail throughout is wonderful, right to the worn front of the grill and the folds in the plastic covering. I'm not sure how much post processing was done, but it's an excellent photograph.
