The photo is good, I am against retouching here - as I can see - this is not a glamour shot or.... it is?
I would not touch her skin.

I like the color palette and the soft light. As others have said it already her pose of seating does not fit and she looks lifeless. PP in general is well done.

What an outstanding portrait! The colors are so beautiful as is the expression on the girl's face. The pose and positioning of the hands look so natural.

The lighting is superb, modelling the girl's face and body beautifully. She stands out well against the darker background. The color of her shawl harmonizes well with the background. Visually, the lighting on her hands, face and shawl prevents my attention from wandering off and brings it firmly back to the catchlights in her eyes.

Great example of how to do it right!
