Great shot. Technically OK, but it conveys emotion and emotion is enough. I would have cropped out the older women's exposed hip.

This is a nice portrait...wonderful warm candid feel...can't help but smile when I look at this.  The B&W treatment also gives this a nice vintage feel...sorta Wizard of Oz if you will...nicely captured.
