I like this...yes it does have a nice retro feel...sorta has a feel vibe to it...nice B&W tones and textures, great pose and expression...just which her left hand wasn't cut off...overall though a nice capture.

A little zooming out would have been better I think Michael! Just a little!

Beautiful neck, and smile... and belted jeans. There is a Woodstock air of freedom to this one. Excellent. (As a matter of random percolation, will note that the truncated arm shifts focus to her jeans, accentuating the shortest zipper stitch pocket I've yet seen... -- must be retro jeans too. So there really are two photographs here - a portrait, and an iconic pair of jeans. Cool!) 

I like the style here, and the nice B/W contrast of the scarf with the brunette with the long neck.  I wish she wasn't wearing a white top as it blasts out the other charming elements.

Cropping to a bust shot would make a nice close portrait.
